At our recent visit at my favorite Restaurant Puritan & Company I heard it again :"Are you still working on it?". I just hate this phrase! How can you work on a delicious dinner? You enjoy it! You relax! And, please don't rush to take my plate away.
You may be working (and chewing, ha,ha) on the bill afterwards...
Or on getting home on the slippery roads after the snow fall...
Yes, if enjoying a meal is "working" then you should be paid for the service, lol!! Love your observations! Love that snowy street photo, too...
