What Americans serve as a German food is more a Bavarian food. Hefty platters of wurst, schnitzel and dumplings.
We enjoyed it at Bronwyn in Sommerville.
Extremely tasty...and heavy.
Thankfully they cook more Mediterranean food in Germany today!
